| For courses in sugar work, pastries, chocolate, cake and plated desserts, you can find it all here. We offer customized classes for all levels, from beginner to professional. Moreover, we can help you create showpieces, train you for competition, design a line of products for your pastry shop or restaurant, or re-create your favorite dessert. At Cake Art, private classes or group classes, up to a maximum of three persons, are available. All classes will be taught by French pastry chef Patrice Cordier and supervised by Master pastry chef Dominique Jarry, in the pastry lab at Sugar Art, a well established pastry shop in the historical village of Steveston, BC (see www.sugarart.ca for more details). Classes are available in English, Japanese, French, Spanish or Mandarin. For students living outside the Vancouver area, accommodation, meals, and sightseeing opportunities can also be arranged in order to provide a unique and rewarding West Coast experience. |
